About the Role:
As a Home Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one support to clients, such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Encouraging and promoting independence and autonomy for our clients
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers
Communicating effectively with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintaining accurate records and reports of client care
