Account Manager

Total Apartment Solutions is a fast-growing business that services luxury apartment complexes throughout the country. We are currently searching for an Account Manager who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our DC/Maryland/Virginia market. Management experience in multi-family maintenance is strongly preferred.

• Work with employees and subcontractors to ensure quality service is consistently provided.

• Manage relationships with property and maintenance managers.

• Oversee schedule management.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential subcontractors for future needs or business expansion.

• Solve and de-escalate client issues and conflicts.

• Communicate regularly with company leadership.

• 3-5 years of experience in multi-family maintenance/operations strongly preferred.

• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Self-starter and highly motivated.
