Responsibilities:
Help lead the floor, supporting your nursing team and providing quality resident care
Communicate with physicians and families to ensure our residents receive the attention and clinical oversight they deserve
Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of care, staying organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
Provide strong clinical skills, teamwork, and positive energy to our facility
Assist with Wound Care
Requirements:
Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 6a-6p
Current Texas RN
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
