What You'll Do

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

• Create a seamless patient experience from the first phone call through checkout.

• Manage and optimize the schedule to support both patient care and practice success.

• Answer phones with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

• Coordinate insurance verification, billing, and financial arrangements with accuracy.

• Maintain precise patient records and confidential information.

• Partner closely with doctors and the clinical team to keep each day running efficiently.

• Build relationships that encourage patient trust, loyalty, and long-term care.

• Support patient follow-up, treatment acceptance, and reactivation efforts.

• Continuously learn, grow, and embrace coaching to become even better.
