This executive leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the company's property portfolio, identifying and securing strategic retail locations, managing lease negotiations, leading development projects, and supporting the organization's growth and expansion plans across KSA.

• .Overseestoredevelopment,fit-outs,refurbishments,andpropertyenhancementprojects
• .Ensureprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,andincompliancewithcompanystandardsandregulatoryrequirements
• .Managethepropertyportfoliotooptimizeoccupancycostsandmaximizeassetvalue
• .Leadfacilitiesandpropertymaintenancefunctionstoensureoperationalexcellence
• .Prepareandmanageannualbudgets,forecasts,andcapitalexpenditureplans
