Your Impact

• Install and secure machines to exact specifications, ensuring precise alignment and leveling.
• Lead or support rigging operations for project-specific equipment moves and placements.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them swiftly with durable fixes.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan and verify work.
• Coordinate with teammates to refine processes and enhance productivity.
• Uphold a safe, orderly jobsite and adhere to all safety standards.
• Document all maintenance and installation work; report significant findings to management.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in millwright or related field preferred.
• Proven background as a Millwright and Rigger.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Effective communicator and dependable team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Willing to travel as projects require; Per Diem is paid during those projects.
