Scottsdale & Chandler, Arizona
Part-Time or Full-Time | Starting at $19/hour + Commission
Great Wall Chinese Medicine is looking for a dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and work between our Scottsdale and Chandler locations.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. Our Patient Care Coordinators work in both the front desk and back office, supporting patients, providers, and the overall flow of the clinic.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable multitasking, and wants the opportunity to grow within a healthcare and wellness setting.
About the PositionThe Patient Care Coordinator helps keep the clinic running smoothly from the moment a patient arrives until they leave.

Our clinic can see up to approximately 35 patients in a day, so this position requires someone who can stay organized, move efficiently, and remain calm and professional when things get busy.
