Job Description

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Casper, WY
Position Type: Full-Time
Entity: McGinley Medical PC – Including The McGinley Clinic and Instant Ortho and Pain Care

About the Opportunity

McGinley Medical, PC is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing orthopedic practice in Casper, Wyoming. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a progressive, outpatient orthopedic environment where you'll care for patients through both our scheduled clinic and our orthopedic walk-in immediate care clinic.

If you're looking for a role that offers professional challenge without sacrificing work-life balance, this position is designed for you. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with no hospital rounding, no call responsibilities, and no weekends, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining time for yourself and your family. Life is a balance and should not be a sacrifice.

McGinley Medical is a forward-thinking specialty practice recognized for delivering cutting-edge, minimally invasive orthopedic care. We are proud to serve patients from across the United States and internationally, while also serving as a nationally sanctioned medical provider for professional motocross and maintaining a longstanding commitment to the care of professional athletes and other high-performance individuals.

We're looking for a provider who wants to practice at the top of their license, values collaboration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered orthopedic care. As our practice continues to grow, this position offers outstanding opportunities for professional development, expanded procedural experience, and the ability to help shape the future of our organization. At McGinley Medical our providers have a seat at the table. We value new ideas, encourage innovation, and believe the best patient care comes from a collaborative team where every voice matters. Here, you'll have the opportunity to influence not only the care you provide but also the continued growth and direction of our practice.

Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work both independently and alongside our physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Your practice will include both rotating scheduled appointments and same-day orthopedic immediate care visits, allowing for a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

This role extends beyond traditional clinical practice. You'll become an integral member of our leadership-minded provider team, contributing to practice growth, patient experience initiatives, community outreach, and the continued advancement of our orthopedic programs. You'll also have opportunities to participate in outreach events and travel to our satellite clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, approximately 2–3 days per month.

This is not a typical advanced practice provider position. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, perform a variety of in-office procedures, continually expand your orthopedic skill set, and practice in an innovative environment committed to excellence. If you're looking to build an exceptional career without sacrificing the things that matter most outside of work, this is the opportunity for you. We believe you can provide outstanding patient care, continue to grow professionally, and still enjoy evenings, weekends, and time with family and friends. We'd love to meet you!
