St. Anthony Park Home is looking for a skilled professional to join the team as a Full-time Medical Records Coordinator!
As a Medical Office Coordinator in a long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility's administrative processes. You will be responsible for coordinating various medical office activities, managing patient information, interacting with residents and their families, and supporting healthcare professionals to provide quality care to residents. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities will be essential in maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining electronic and physical medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in a thorough, and timely manner.
Providing resident care support
Scheduling resident appointments
Consultations
Manages and facilitates on-site health drive clinics
Insurance reviews

Scanning documents
Skills and Qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in medical records preferred.
Long-term care facility experiences preferred
Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software applications.
