This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget supporting Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC)and Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP). They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications.
This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms.
As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
Requirements
5+ years:
- Working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
- Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Azure DevOps

Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
- Technical Customer Service Analyst
- Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support
3+ years:
- Architect Experience
- Data Architecture Experience
Microsoft Azure platform experience
Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.
Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
- Bachelor's Degree

Local candidates ONLY (must be located within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission).
- Position is a hybrid schedule with NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Mon/Tues onsite)
- Working hours Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; We are unable to offer sponsorships at this time
- Must undergo a background check and drug screening for employment.
- This is a W2 position
- 40 hrs per week
- HYBRID schedule - NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Mon/Tues onsite).
