Job Description

NOW HIRING: THE UNICORN OFFICE MANAGER
Location: Ricgmond Missouri

We’re not just looking for a manager. We’re looking for a leader. A culture-builder. A difference-maker.
If you’re an experienced dental office manager who thrives on bringing order to chaos, coaching others to their best, and making patients feel like they’ve found their forever dental home — keep reading.
We’re Kanning Dental Richmond, a fun-loving, high-performing, patient-first team with big goals. We believe dentistry changes lives — and we want someone who believes that too.

What makes this opportunity different?

  • A team that wants to win — together.
You’ll be leading a crew that values trust, honesty, and accountability.

  • A vision you can believe in.
We're not here to punch a clock. We're here to help patients feel in control of their health — and that starts with a manager who leads with heart and clarity.

  • A culture that actually protects the peace
(No drama. No gossip. Just people doing great work with great attitudes.)

Your Superpowers:

  • You speak both Dental and Business fluently — and maybe even a little Human and
    Empathy on the side.
  • You’re a systems thinker, a natural coach, and a steady hand when things get busy.
  • You believe leadership is earned daily, not by a title.
  • You’re as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are leading a team huddle.
  • You love problem-solving, growth, and making things better.

What You’ll Own:

  • Team Leadership
    – Coach, support, and elevate a team of smart, passionate professionals.

  • Operations & Workflow
    – Keep the practice humming with smooth schedules, efficient systems, and an eye for continuous improvement.

  • Patient Experience
    – Champion the type of care and service that turns first-time patients into raving fans.

  • Financial Oversight
    – Own the numbers that matter: collections, A/R, budgets, and business growth metrics.

  • HR & Compliance
    – Onboard new hires, support performance, and ensure everything from HIPAA to OSHA is on point.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have 2+ years experience managing in a dental or medical office
  • Enjoy coaching and being coached
  • Stay calm under pressure and love solving problems
  • Want to grow in leadership, not just maintain the status quo
  • Value excellence and fun in your workday

Perks & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary + performance bonus potential
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Healthcare reimbursement
    • Paid time off and holiday pay
    • Paid dental benefit
    • Team outings and celebrations
    • Real influence and a seat at the leadership table
    • The chance to work with people who love what they do
