Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to various subjects and grade levels.
- Background check clearance and Virtus Training as required by school policy and the Diocese of Covington.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or licensure.
- Experience substituting in a K-12 educational environment.
- Familiarity with Covington Latin School’s curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Training in classroom management techniques.

Responsibilities:
