About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our community, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Your ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, families, and healthcare professionals, and provide assistance as needed
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and distributing reports and files
Take meal orders for the day
Perform reception duties, including managing the front desk, answering phones, and coordinating with staff
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
