What you'll do
- Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (full training provided)
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects
- Confidently ask for the sale and stay persistent through follow-up
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire
- Generate leads at home shows, networking events, and local community events
- Communicate regularly with ownership and follow the established sales process
- Proven sales experience (home improvement, a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Computer and smartphone proficiency
- Professional, friendly demeanor suited to working in clients' homes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay effective in a fast-paced environment
- Uncapped commission with competitive, performance-based pay
