Pita Kitchen Avondale is seeking a reliable Kitchen Team Member to support our busy back-of-house operations. This versatile role is perfect for someone eager to learn Mediterranean cooking techniques while contributing to a smooth-running kitchen in a supportive setting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with food prep, assembly of menu items, and general kitchen support
• Help maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Support line cooks and grill staff during high-volume periods
• Follow all company recipes, safety guidelines, and portion standards
• Participate in team efforts to ensure efficient daily service

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required – we provide training
• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependability
