What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served attractively
Assist with menu planning and special diets as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare/long-term care setting a plus)
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary restrictions accurately
Strong organizational and time-management skills
