You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by maintaining our highest standards for vehicle presentation and customer service.Certification & License RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid and insurable driver's licenseMust be 18+ and authorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a pre-employment drug screeningEssential ResponsibilitiesGreet service customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude as they arriveAnswer customer questions by directing them to the right person or locationMove vehicles from the service drive to the bullpen quickly and safelyMove vehicles in and out of technician baysRun vehicles through the car washAssist with exterior detailing and lot maintenanceHang customer keys in the designated location and assist with loaner vehicle check-insKeep the service drive clean and clear - dirt, water, snow, etc.Maintain the customer lounge - clean, stocked, and welcomingOccasionally shuttle customers to their desired destinationAs a Top 150 Dealer Group, we are dedicated to bringing both our employees and customers only the best experience.
