About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated 3-Year-Old Lead Teacher in Lithia Springs, GA to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment. You will design interactive daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth for three-year-old children while building positive relationships with families.

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored for 3-year-olds
• Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Foster positive social interactions, independence, and early foundational learning skills
• Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding child progress and daily activities

• High school diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education credentials or CDA preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with preschool or 3-year-old children
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and health screening
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience implementing play-based or Montessori-aligned preschool curricula
• Bilingual communication skills to support diverse family backgrounds
