Job Description
This role leads execution of global recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract top technical talent to the organization. Given a campaign brief (e.g., "build a campaign for AWS Database Services"), this person develops and runs the campaign strategy — not a ground-up employer brand program.
Job Summary
- Take campaign briefs from business and recruiting leaders and build out the strategy, messaging, and execution plan to reach senior technical audiences.
- Own and manage vendor/agency relationships to develop creative assets, build media plans, and execute campaigns across global locations.
- Run campaigns primarily across LinkedIn and Paid Search.
- Monitor live campaigns and adjust tactics based on KPI performance to optimize results.
- Partner with executive technical leaders to craft peer-to-peer marketing narratives that elevate the organization's employer brand.
- Coordinate with employer brand and marketing leads across business units to ensure brand synergy and consistent messaging.
- Gather stakeholder buy-in across a large, matrixed organization spanning more than 30 global locations.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, advertising, or employer brand/recruitment marketing, with demonstrated ability to build and execute campaigns.
- Experience owning vendor/agency relationships and coordinating end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proven ability to develop and report on marketing KPIs — campaign delivery, applicant quality, and campaign analytics (impressions, clicks) — and adjust strategy based on performance data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple business units or organizations.
- Comfortable learning internal/proprietary marketing tools (no specific platform experience like GA, Tableau, Marketo required).
Preferred:
- Experience running tech recruitment marketing campaigns specifically.
- Background in employer brand, recruiting, or technical/B2B marketing.
- A track record of creative campaign work for hard-to-reach or competitive audiences (e.g., entertainment awards campaigns, high-profile brand campaigns).
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable moving quickly.
- High creative standards — this audience (senior technical talent) is notoriously hard to reach and cut through to.
