Job Description
Hiring: Clinician
Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017
Position Purpose
The Clinician provides recovery-oriented clinical services to individuals served by the Mainstay United residential program. This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including those with a history of sexual offending behavior. The clinician is expected to deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with person-centered practices and Recovery principles, while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Wage: $60,000

Major Responsibilities
- The creation and ongoing maintenance of an environment that fosters a functional therapeutic milieu and is conducive to the personal safety, growth, and development of all consumers and staff
- The provision of clinical services as part of a specialized and dedicated staff team Completing clinical risk and needs assessments
- Providing home-based and office-based recovery-oriented individual, family, and group therapy for service recipients
- Coordination with the residential direct support team to create a therapeutic milieu Collaboration with other specialized clinical services (e.g., O.T., art therapy)
- Completion of documentation meeting clinical and state requirements
- All other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Competencies
Job Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field is required.
- Applicants with experience working in community-based residential programs will be given preference
