Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cortland, NY. As a Resident Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from various destinations, including appointments, hospitals, and social events. Responsibilities:

• Drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations, including appointments, hospitals, and social events

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, co-workers, visitors, and other individuals

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during transportation

• Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and fuel usage

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues to management

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

• Valid, unencumbered NYS driver's license

• Ability to push, pull/lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
