Rapid Response Staffing Solutions (RRS) is seeking reliable, hardworking, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Service Workers at Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas. Location: Kilgore College – Kilgore, TX

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position: Food Service Worker

• Assist with daily food service and kitchen operations
• Prepare, serve, and distribute food and beverages
• Assist with setting up and maintaining serving areas
• Keep kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas clean and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with stocking food, supplies, and other kitchen materials
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and food service staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical kitchen duties
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude
• Previous food service, kitchen, cafeteria, or hospitality experience is preferred but may not be required
