What You'll Be Doing

As a Food Truck Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing menu items like our signature smash burgers, melts, and loaded fries, following established recipes and safety standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the food truck to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
• Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Engaging with customers and sharing your knowledge about our menu items.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a mix of skills, experience, and passion for food. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience is preferred. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we also value experience in retail, grocery, or similar environments.
• Time Management: The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
• Food Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focused: A friendly personality and a genuine desire to make every customer’s experience memorable.
