What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping Customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
In This Role, You Will:- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing Customers.
- Proactively connect with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guide Customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Learn and communicate vehicle features, technology, and accessories.
- Deliver an exceptional Customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
- Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with teammates to support dealership and customer success.
