Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–3:30pm; Friday, 6:00am–10:00am (overtime as needed Friday afternoons)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (eligible after 520 hours with good attendance and performance)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Materials Department. This position plays a key role in supporting the assembly line by accurately picking and delivering forklift parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Materials Department. This position plays a key role in supporting the assembly line by accurately picking and delivering forklift parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick forklift parts from bins using a pick list to fulfill production needs
- Load and stage carts with parts for assembly (3 carts per forklift build)
- Operate a stand-up forklift occasionally to retrieve larger parts
- Maintain organization and accuracy within the materials area
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials to the production line
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in material handling or warehouse preferred
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for pick lists and part numbers
- Must wear safety shoes
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift a must
- Computer Experience to Receive Parts
