Quality & Reliability Manager, Industrial Valve Manufacturing

As the Quality & Reliability Manager, you’ll serve as the company’s Management Representative and the driving force behind our QMS. You’ll guide Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to operate in lockstep with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements—especially API, ISO, and ASME.

Your mission

• Own the QMS end-to-end: assess effectiveness, report performance, and champion continuous improvement.
• Operationalize standards: convert API, ISO, and ASME requirements into procedures, controls, and training.
• Be hands-on: apply mechanical aptitude on the floor—support troubleshooting, Mechanical Testing, and Blueprint Reading.
• Leverage data: use Quality Control Data Analysis to detect trends and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Model safety: integrate Workplace Safety & EHS Management into every quality activity.

Education & Training

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR equivalent industry experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of quality management experience working with API and ISO standards (preferred).
• Manufacturing or valve industry experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

Pays up to $90K a year.
