Set up and manage workflows, manage the team’s renewal processes, and work closely with producers to make sure clients are being serviced correctly. Assist with hiring and training, prepare reports for leadership on market developments, maintain and manage a small book, provide daily guidance to staff on benefit trends, and manage periodic training for your team. A minimum of 5 years with an independent agency working on employee benefits is required. Must know fully, self, and level-funded plans. An employee benefits license and knowledge of the Florida market is a must.
