Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager SeniorJob Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)Job Type: Contract Job Description/ Requirement:5+ years of IT project management experience.3+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.5+ years of experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects.5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects with internal teams, external stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.Experience developing end-to-end project plans covering business implementation, readiness, and technical milestones.Experience facilitating business case and business requirements documentation.Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.Strong experience with project status reporting and executive presentations.Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking, action-item tracking, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience with JIRA.Experience managing data feed integrations and third-party vendors.PMP certification preferred.Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at [email protected]
