Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical and medical procedures
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia delivery throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
- Document all anesthesia services using Epic EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical excellence standards
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical airway management
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthetist educational program required
- Current Oregon CRNA licensure or eligibility to obtain Oregon licensure
- National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Previous anesthesia experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to rural healthcare settings
