Pay: $15/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime required)
Job Summary:
OnCall Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Front Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in candidates with applications and onboarding
Screen, interview, and match candidates to open job positions
Post job openings and source candidates using various platforms
Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems
Conduct E-Verify, background checks, and document processing
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients
Coordinate job assignments and communicate schedules with employees
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
Drive company vehicle to transport employees to and from job sites
Monitor employee attendance, check-ins, and PPE/dress code compliance
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, document uploads)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
