You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to a full suite of financial solutions — including investments and insurance — to support your growth to becoming a fully licensed financial advisor with your own book of business.

$60,000 per plan commission
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses
- Provide guidance on protection, investment, and retirement strategies
- Develop customized financial solutions using a broad product portfolio
- Grow your client base through networking and community engagement
- Manage your schedule, business development, and long-term practice growth
- Continue the licensing path to obtain the Series 7 and 66.

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated business mindset and track record of business development or sales experience.
- Goal‑oriented, with the discipline to manage time, prospecting, and follow‑through
- Resilient and coachable, open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- L&H license required at contracting, with Series 7, 66 licenses expected in the first year.
