We're currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team.

As a Floor Technician, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our residents, visitors, and staff by:
Performing floor care duties including buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, burnishing, and refinishing hard surface floors
Operating and maintaining floor care equipment safely and efficiently
Following all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
Reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, or equipment issues promptly
Assisting with general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
Supporting department initiatives that enhance cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction
Completing additional duties and special projects as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience
Previous floor care or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
Ability to work in an environment with cleaning chemicals, floor care equipment, and varying noise levels
