Job Summary

Provide excellent service for guests in assigned section. Accept payment and reconcile sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meeting at the beginning of each shift.
• Help with the set-up of dining area each shift
• Attend training to improve product knowledge.
• Offer guidance and answer guest questions, regarding menu items.
• Accept payment and reconcile all sales at the end of shift.
• Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
• Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
• Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous fine dining experience preferred
• Ability to carry large tray
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work standing for a 6+ hours.
