(RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

Sheepshead Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking experienced RN Supervisors for day shift.

We are looking for strong clinical leaders who can confidently oversee operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care across shifts.

• Oversee daily clinical operations across assigned units

• Conduct rounds and assess residents

• Administer medications and treatments as needed

• Communicate with physicians, families, and pharmacies

• Support and mentor nursing staff

• Monitor staffing and manage callouts when necessary

• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers

• Active NYS RN license

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to provide flexible coverage when needed
