Role Description:

This role is responsible for safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaboration across disciplines to drive excellent patient outcomes.

- Core Responsibilities:Deliver and document patient care using evidence-based nursing practice; coordinate care; support quality improvement and customer service standards; practice aligned with ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.

Relocation Package:$12,000$15,000+
- $7,000relocation paid on 1st check(non-critical care)
- $10,000relocation paid on 1st check(critical care)

- Education:Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (Associate or Bachelors preferred)

Experience:1+ yearrecent acute care experience(department requirements may vary)
- PCU/Neuro:1+ yearrecent hospital bedside experience required
- Womens Services / Endo / OR / PICU:2+ yearsexperience required
- Less than 2 years RN experience:receives50% of hiring incentives
- Certifications:AHABLS(current for at least90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
- License:ActiveFlorida RN license
- Other:Communication/interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills
