Our state-of-the-art facility offers a warm and welcoming environment, with a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
About the Residential Care Aide Role:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support residents with medication management, mealtime assistance, and mobility needs
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
Residential Care Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with evening meal service and resident care activities
Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging

Residential Care Aide Requirements:
Prior experience preferred, but not required
Must be available to work from 3pm-11pm
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional care and support to seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
