Bethesda Country Club is hiring a poolside Cabana Server to work this summer. through Labor Day. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience during the summer on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.Essential Functions:Greet members with enthusiasmAccurately ring ordersServe food and drinks to members and guests on our pool deckKeep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidyAbility to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity and integrityWork in a team environmentRequirements:Previous food service experience preferredBackground in customer serviceAbility to anticipate customer needsAbility to stand for a minimum of 4 hours and lift up to 10 lbsDesired Availability: Memorial Day - Labor Day
