We're seeking a seasoned Plumbing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. You'll be the face of our plumbing services-consulting with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.Responsibilities• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess plumbing needs• Prepare and present detailed proposals and scopes of work• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery• Track leads, follow-ups, and job progress using CRM tools• Meet or exceed monthly sales goalsRequirements• Proven experience in plumbing sales or related technical trades• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to draft clear, professional proposals• Valid driver's license (company van provided)• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer• Compensation: $50,000-$170,000 annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off• Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)• Company-provided van for work-related travel• Supportive team culture with room for growth
