As the Dining Room Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house dining team while creating an exceptional experience for our residents and guests.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop the dining room team
Ensure every resident receives friendly, attentive, and personalized service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Train team members on customer service, serving techniques, table presentation, and dining room procedures
Support daily dining operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Foster a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience leading or training a customer service or dining team
Strong communication and leadership skills
A passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for others
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
