What You'll Do

As the Dining Room Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house dining team while creating an exceptional experience for our residents and guests.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the dining room team

  • Ensure every resident receives friendly, attentive, and personalized service

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation

  • Train team members on customer service, serving techniques, table presentation, and dining room procedures

  • Support daily dining operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience leading or training a customer service or dining team

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • A passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for others

  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
