Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with Team Delgado, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the customers you support. This position is a bi-lingual position (English - Spanish)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
• An Illinois Insurance Producer License required within 2 months of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
