Salary: Up to $43 per hour ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

What You’ll Do:Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and quality standards.
Take an active role in facility surveys and inspections, and assist with implementing improvements to elevate patient care.
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Strong commitment to compassionate care, resident safety, and professional excellence
Excellent team collaboration skills and a passion for improving the quality of life for those we serve
