Openwork is partnering with a respected government agency to hire Window Tellers in the Scarsdale, Baytown, Bay Area, and Pasadena locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential public services, gain valuable experience, and build a career in a stable, professional environment.

As a Window Teller, you'll play a key role in supporting your community by assisting residents with important services such as vehicle registration, permits, and payments. You’ll deliver friendly, accurate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Position Overview
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
(occasional Saturdays and flexibility to support nearby locations required) - Pay: $15.00/hour – Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care
- Process transactions and handle payments with accuracy
- Review and manage official documents with attention to detail
- Support general office tasks and team operations
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable service at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of (6) months of customer service experience to include cash handling from retail, banking, or similarly situated operations environment
- Strong typing ability (30+ WPM) and basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution within the U.S.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a service-focused mindset
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
