ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our agency. In this role, you’ll connect with new and existing customers to learn about their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. No prior insurance experience is required—we’ll provide training and support you in obtaining the required Virginia insurance license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate customers on available insurance products and services
• Assist clients with policy applications, updates, and renewals
• Respond to customer questions and provide timely, helpful support
• Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and policies
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable coverage options

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales experience is preferred. Experience in roles involving lead generation, consultative conversations, and closing is a plus.
• Strong desire to help customers and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an insurance license in Virginia
• No insurance experience required — training provided
