Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to run company-provided, pre-set appointments with homeowners who have requested estimates for bathroom remodeling projects. This is a high-ticket, commission-based sales position with an uncapped earnings structure focused on face-to-face closing in the home. We provide qualified leads, a proven sales process, and structured training. You run the in-home appointment, present solutions, and close the sale. No cold calling. No prospecting. No door knocking.
Key Responsibilities
Central and Southern PA including Lancaster, York, Hanover, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Hershey, Lebanon, Carlisle, Gettysburg, Shippensburg, and Chambersburg.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 2–3 daily in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners
- Follow a structured home improvement sales process
- Present bathroom remodeling solutions, pricing, and financing options
- Close sales during the initial consultation whenever possible
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and communication
- Qualified, company-generated home improvement appointments
- A proven in-home sales system
- Paid sales training
- Ongoing coaching and performance accountability
- Uncapped commissions and high earning potential
- Proven success in home improvement sales, remodeling sales, roofing sales, window sales, HVAC sales, or other high-ticket outside sales
- Documented history of $1M+ annual personal production strongly preferred
- Strong closing skills in a face-to-face, in-home sales environment
- Comfortable presenting pricing and asking for the sale
- Performance-driven, self-managed, and coachable
- Willing to work evenings and some weekends (prime closing times)
