As an Office Receptionist, youll be one of the first points of contact for clients in person, by phone, and through email. Youll support daily office operations while working closely with clients and representatives from insurance companies. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health, with increased pay as you advance.

  • $18 to $22 per hour base pay, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in person, by phone, and email.
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client follow-up.
  • Process paperwork, applications, and office documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine questions.
  • Communicate client needs with insurance companies.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
  • Professional and friendly attitude.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
