Farmers Insurance Appointment Setter

Our office with Farmers Insurance is hiring a driven and competitive Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments.

This role is designed for individuals who want to break into sales and grow into a long-term career. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day
• Set qualified appointments for insurance agents
• Track daily activity, conversations, and results
• Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, confident tone
• Work collaboratively in a competitive team environment
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• High energy and positive attitude
• Coachable and willing to improve daily
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
