This role is responsible for managing customer orders from quote through delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Receive, process, and track customer orders from initial request through delivery
- Prepare and update quotations as needed
- Enter and maintain accurate sales orders within the ERP system
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Coordinate closely with production, shipping, engineering, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Troubleshoot order, production, or delivery issues and provide timely resolution
- Serve as the primary customer contact for inquiries, order updates, and service-related requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Prioritize multiple customer requests while ensuring a high level of service
- Build strong internal and external relationships through professional communication and collaboration
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, customer support, order management, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience working within a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, logistics, or supply chain environment strongly preferred
- Understanding of order processing, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively across departments and build collaborative relationships
- Experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, or order management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual Spanish-English
- Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow management platforms
- Background supporting manufacturing, production, shipping, or operations teams

- Target compensation: Approximately $65,000 annually upon conversion
