CNC Operator / CNC Machinist

Location: Massachusetts

Pay: $32 - $37/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with flexible start time

We are looking for a CNC Operator / CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating CNC equipment and a strong understanding of G-code, machine setup, and manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:

• CNC machine operating or machining experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Experience with G-code and basic CNC programming
• Experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines
• Ability to understand feed rates, machine settings, and material properties
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions
• CAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software experience is a plus
• Experience with vector-based software is a plus
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC equipment
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
• Read blueprints and production drawings
• Make basic program adjustments using G-code
• Use measuring and inspection equipment to verify parts
• Work with different materials and machine settings
• Maintain quality and dimensional consistency
• Follow production processes and safety requirements
