Job Summary

Delivers a personalized, high-quality banking experience by providing efficient and professional transaction services, conducting needs-based conversations, and assisting customers with account opening and other banking solutions. Builds strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless White Glove service experience during every interaction.

Essential Job Functions

•Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by identifying financial needs, providing appropriate banking solutions, and delivering a personalized, high-quality service experience that contributes to the success of the branch.

•Perform a broad range of branch activities, including transaction processing, account opening, customer servicing, problem resolution, and referral generation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

•Build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships by proactively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals.

•Support branch sales, service, and promotional initiatives by adapting to changing business needs, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and contributing to branch performance objectives.

•Assist branch leadership with daily operational activities, including transaction approvals, reporting, balancing, and other branch support functions to ensure efficient branch operations.

•Collaborate with branch staff and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner.

•Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•At least 1-2 years of cash handling, customer service, or sales experience.

•Ability to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
