• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences

• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming

• Assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation

• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines

• Support residents during mealtimes and provide excellent customer service

• Work closely with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service

• Previous dietary, food service, or kitchen experience preferred

• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

• Genuine passion for serving seniors and creating a positive dining experience
